Reformer Pilates is a dynamic, full-body workout performed on a specialised spring-based machine called the Reformer. Designed to enhance strength, flexibility, posture and core stability, it offers controlled resistance that supports precise, low-impact movement.
At The Space to Move, our classes are boutique and intentionally intimate, with a maximum of 6 participants per session. Each 55-minute class offers personalised attention in a calm, supportive environment—designed to help you move with strength, purpose and ease.

Reformer Jump & Flow

Take your Pilates practice to new heights — literally. Our Reformer Jump & Flow classes fuse dynamic cardio, high-intensity intervals and the controlled strength of Pilates for a workout that's powerful, energising and low-impact.
This class blends heart-pumping jumpboard sequences with fluid strength and mobility work, giving you the best of both worlds: sweat-inducing cardio and full-body toning — all without the harsh impact of traditional HIIT.
