Using the Pilates Tower — a versatile a vertical frame with springs, push-through and roll-back bars and straps attached to a stable mat. The Tower’s unique resistance system allows for highly targeted muscle engagement while supporting proper alignment and joint health. Each class focuses on core stability, spinal mobility and balanced muscular development, helping you move better both inside and outside the studio.
At The Space to Move, our classes are boutique and intentionally intimate, with a maximum of 6 participants per session. Each 55-minute class offers personalised attention in a calm, supportive environment—designed to help you move with strength, purpose and ease.

Our Tower Pilates class offers a deeply effective full-body workout that builds strength, improves posture and enhances flexibility. It combines the precision and control of Mat Pilates with spring-based resistance training, helping to increase spinal flexibility, work on finer muscle control and improve alignment in a supported environment.
